We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Time

We offer next-day delivery for orders placed through our website.

Delivery may occasionally take longer during public holidays, severe weather conditions, high-demand periods, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Our delivery fees are:

AED 35 for standard delivery across the UAE.
AED 50 for the Western Region / Al Dhafra Region and areas located far from Al Ain City.

The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Please ensure that your delivery information is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
