1. About Us

Alfein is an online retail store based in the United Arab Emirates offering specialty coffee beans sourced from selected coffee roasters in Thailand and around the world.

2. Products

We aim to provide accurate information about each coffee, including tasting notes, roast level, origin, weight, and other available details.

As coffee is a natural product, flavour, appearance, packaging, and availability may vary slightly between batches.

Product images are for presentation purposes and packaging may occasionally change depending on the roaster.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be returned to the customer.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available on our website.

5. Delivery

We offer next-day delivery within the UAE.

Our standard delivery fee is AED 35.

Delivery to the Western Region / Al Dhafra Region and areas located far from Al Ain City is AED 50.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information when placing an order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of coffee and other consumable products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been correctly delivered.

However, this does not affect any rights available to customers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and supporting photos where appropriate.

Each reported issue will be reviewed individually and an appropriate solution will be provided where required.

7. Coffee Freshness & Storage

Coffee is best enjoyed fresh. Customers are responsible for storing coffee appropriately after delivery.

We recommend keeping coffee sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and strong odours.

Once a coffee package has been opened or stored incorrectly after delivery, we cannot be responsible for changes in flavour or freshness.

8. Product Availability

Some of our coffees may be available only in limited quantities or as special releases.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully completed and confirmed.

Sold-out products may or may not return depending on availability from the original roaster.

9. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

Occasional errors relating to product descriptions, prices, images, availability, or other information may occur. We reserve the right to correct these errors when identified.

10. Intellectual Property

All original website content, including our business name, branding, graphics, photographs, written content, and website design, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party trademarks, coffee roaster names, product names, logos, and packaging remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes or attempt to interfere with the security or proper operation of the website.

Personal information provided when browsing our website or placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE laws.
